Lisa Messina joined The Entrepreneur's Source because of her desire to help people achieve their career dreams and because of the training and support she knew she could receive from this organization. She is a graduate of the E-Source Academy, an intense and rigorous training on coaching, franchising and self-employment options. She attends more than five hours of weekly training to hone her coaching skills so that she can better serve her Clients.
Lisa has over 25 years management experience in finance, sales and human resource. Prior to joining The Entrepreneur's Source she was a Senior Finance Manager with Cisco Systems.
As a Business Ownership Coach, she helps people who want to be self-employed and start their own business but not sure of what they want or where to start. Most of the business models she shows are franchise models which are less risk since they already have a proven system. She educates her clients on starting their own business and helps clarify their business vision with identifying the best business model for them to explore.
Lisa also coaches small business owners to look objectively at their business model and help them get to their next level of profitability.
Lisa provides entrepreneurs and small businesses with education on the 5 Key Business Dangers & Core Business Issues- Rapid Impact Solutions and Complimentary Business Assessments with team focused psychometric profiling.
Lisa also provides the world famous E-Myth Embark entrepreneurs program to her clients since her company has now partnered with small business guru, Michael Gerber’s and his E-Myth company.
